Andreas Harder Memorial Prize 

is this year given to

Karin Hvidtfeldt from Hideaway Vingård & Figenaboret. 

- a unique place on Fejø with a focus on biodiversity and ecology. In addition to wine, Karin has planted a large fig orchard with many different fig trees.

The ceremony will take place on Thursday 21 November at 16:30-18:30 at Suhrs Højskole, Pustervig 8 by Kultorvet. 

The event takes place on the 1st floor in the room ‘Ingeborg’.

Karin will talk about the vineyard and her pioneering work. She will give us a tasting of five of her wines and in addition there will be served snacks. 

It costs DKK 200 to attend the event. Tickets can be purchased here on madbillet.dk.

The prize committee consists of Katrine Klinken (cookbook author etc.), Carlo Merolli (wine merchant), Johan Dal (Project Manager, Hotel- og Restaurantskolen), Jesper Uhrup Christensen (author and former editor-in-chief at Gastro), Anna Thorup Harder, Lucia Thorup Harder and Thomas Harder.
