Andreas Harder Memorial Prize

will this year be given to

Viola Capriola, co-founder of Grønt Marked - Farmers Market

and

Carla and Poul Lang Nielsen, owners of HindsholmGrisen.

The ceremony will take place on Tuesday 21 November at 17.00

in the premises of the Sardinian cultural association Incantos, Store Kongensgade 81 C, 1264 København K.

Incantos and Carlo Merolli will supply refreshments.

There is free entry to the event, but only a limited number of places. Tickets can be ordered at madbillet.dk.

The prize committee consists of Katrine Klinken (food writer etc.), Carlo Merolli (wine merchant), Johan Dal (course and project manager, Hotel- og Restaurantskolen), Jesper Uhrup Christensen (editor-in-chief, Gastro), Anna Thorup Harder, Lucia Thorup Harder and Thomas Harder.
