8-10th of August, Swedish Restaurant Bastard are coming to Copenhagen to make a three days pop-up restaurant together with the wine shop Rosforth & Rosforth. Here, head chef Andreas Dahlberg will fill the long table with what he describes as "modern European home style cooking" made from the best produce of the Øresund region - accompanied by the wine shop's juicy natural wines, of course. Expect simple and down to earth servings, but taste experiences through the roof.

Throughout August, Rosforth & Rosforth are visited by several of their friends and collaborators from Skåne, who each will turn the bare cobblestones into Swedish pop-up restaurants. The project is made togther with Visit Sweden who wants to present the Copenhageners to the great eating experinces they can find just across the Øresund bridge.
