Beaujolais Nouveau is released on the 3rd Thursday in November, which is a very special day in France and has been for more than 100 years. In France the day is marked with fireworks, music and festivals. Therefore, we also feel like celebrating this year's harvest with the release of the very young Beaujolais Nouveau wine with a delicious 3-course menu, as well as a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau for it.
