Pink Oyster and Sæsonmelier have arranged a unique gastronomic experience at Det Kinesiske Lysthus in Frederiksberg Have. In the middle of the green garden in the old beautiful "lysthus", you will be served 5 unique oysters servings and a special wine menu to go with it.
Pink Oyster has found inspiration in the seasonal ingredients, in the Chinese Gazebo's architecture and flavors from China. The wine selected here also comes from the east, but not as far. Sæsonmelier works exclusively with natural wines from overlooked Europe and has created a special wine menu for Pink Oyster's oyster creations consisting of wines from Central and Eastern Europe.
Practicalities
The ticket includes 5 servings of oysters and 3 glasses of wine. Bring a sweater in case of cold weather.
