Bord 13 usually reside in Malmø, but are coming to Copenhagen to give the Danes a taste of their close collaboration with the wine shop Rosforth & Rosforth. Together they'll make a three days pop-up restaurant under Knippelsbro with a pure, no-bullshit approach to food - the wine is natural and the food without additives or antibiotics. Here, it's all about surprising the guests with interesting tastes and combinations of local produce while taking care of environment, animals and people at the same time.

The price includes both food & wine.

Throughout August, Rosforth & Rosforth are visited by several of their friends and collaborators from Skåne, who each will turn the bare cobblestones into Swedish pop-up restaurants. The project is made togther with VisitSweden who wants to present the Copenhageners to the great eating experinces they can find just across the Øresund bridge.
