PioEat presents - BURGER GALORE with Chefs Nissen & Christensen
A round of top drawer Burger and Chips is planned when Nissen & Christensen fires up the grill at Pio.
On Saturday 7 November, Jeppe Nissen and Jesper Christensen will be ready at the grill from 13.00 to 21.30.
The two gentlemen are usually part of the music industry and do festivals and concerts, but since we are in a special situation it has given us a little extra time to refine one of our favourite eats. So with the joy of cooking and the joy of a good social event, the two old friends have chosen to give it all coal ahead. We are talking burgers with the fantastic brioche bun made by wine bar owner Anders Højrup, the best organic beef and not least the ingenious homemade sauce. All subject to Nissen & Christensen's epic playlist for today's menu!
