Michelin chef Daniel Berlin makes the trip from his restaurant in Skåne-Tranås to make a pop up under Knippelsbro to present top class servings to the Danes. Daniel Berlin has become quite a name, and his restaurant is appointed as one of Sweden's very best. Here there'll be plenty of opportunity to taste some of the best that our close neighbors have to offer - during the summer, 80 % of the ingredients come from Daniel Berlin's own fields, while the rest are found within a maximum of ca. 5 km. from the restaurant

Throughout August, Rosforth & Rosforth are visited by several of their friends and collaborators from Skåne, who each will turn the bare cobblestones into Swedish pop-up restaurants. The project is made together with VisitSweden who wants to present the Copenhageners to the great eating experiences they can find just across the Øresund bridge.
