Saturday 18th September 2021 the event “Drink&Bite: discover the Piedmontese taste!” come back to Copenhagen.

It will be a unique occasion to try tasty pairings between some of the delicacies of the Italian gastronomy and world-class rice paired with the wines of Piedmont, one of the most important wine producing region of Italy and the world!

A food and wine event that will give the public the opportunity to taste wines from 7 producers from Piedmont matched with Vercelli rice and other excellent gastronomic delicacies.  A show cooking area will also be set up with an open kitchen where a chef will prepare various risottos on the spot.

The event will be held at Frederiksberg Mad- og Kulturhus, the food and culture house of the Frederiksberg district, in a very central area of the city.
