An Evening of Sustainable Gastronomy: STUDIO and Souvenir
Welcome to a unique gastronomic experience! Danish STUDIO and renowned restaurant Souvenir from Ghent in northern Belgium have joined forces to create a dinner where creativity and sustainability go hand in hand to create an unforgettable culinary experience.
Both restaurants share a passion for sustainable gastronomy and avant-garde seasonal cooking, which will be the overarching theme of the evening. Therefore, delicious fresh vegetables will take centre stage in the menu, which will also feature exquisite meat and fish dishes.
Throughout the evening you will be taken through a symphony of delicious servings from the two master chefs. A total of 12 dishes will be served during the evening.
The course of the evening will be guided by maître Joke Michiel, who is one of the GOESTING ambassadors from Flanders and wife of chef Vilhjalmur Sigurdarson.
