As a part of this year's Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival, Spisehuset Rub & Stub (an eatery), the socio-economic eatery Send Flere Krydderier and fødevareBanken (the Danish Food Bank) join forces to create a unique dining experience in Huset-KBH.

Using surplus foods provided by fødevareBanken, the two kitchens will challenge each other and altogether they will invite you to join them for an idyllic dinner in a hidden gem of a Copenhagen backyard. As fødevareBanken cannot know which surplus goods they will provide, the kitchens will be unaware of the ingredients available to them. Neither fødevareBanken and the kitchens nor the guests will know the menu before the same day. The kitchens will not only challenge each other in terms of unknown ingredients and new cooking methods, they will also challenge their guests by introducing them to new flavours. It will be a new, challenging, inspiring and fun experience created across cultures, kitchens and partnerships.
