On Saturday evening during the fruit festival, Hotel Sakskøbing will hold the big shared meal for the 14th time.
The evening starts at 18.30. Guests sit in both the theater hall and all the hotel's restaurantrooms, each telling their own story about the more than 100 year-old Hotel. During the evening, we light the bonfires in the garden. Some will probably dance, others have fun in the lounge or play bobsled. There is room for everything.

Starter:
The hotel's hot-smoked salmon with smoked cheese cream, Clara Frii's salt-pickled pear with pear brandy from Vigmosegaard on Lilleø, crispy rye bread and herb salad
Main course:
Pork breast cooked slowly in wild cider, served with Hasselbach potato, celeriac puree, fresh kale and Gråsten apples, potatoes with herbs and summer apple sauce
Dessert:
Erik Lolle's blackberry pie, with vanilla cream, crystallized white chocolate and blackberry jelly
Drinks are bought at the bar.
