Folkets Madhus and Camillo’s Kitchen are creating an amazing 4-course dinner together. They found inspiration in the butcher world and Jørgen Smidstrup’s recent published cookbook “Food, that makes people talk together”

For the dinner Folkets Madhus and Camillo’s Kitchen are going to “serve” histories about the beginning of Butchers Manifesto – an international ngo, which strives for collecting, maintaining and passing on traditional butchers methods and knowledge – as well as thoughts/koncepts behind “Food, that makes people talk”

About the cookbook Jørgen Smidstrup tells:

A book about all the magical that happens when we gathers around a table with tasty food. About, that if we try harder, it will affect us, it will affect what we talk about, what we ask about and the way we answers. The book is filled with recipes on dishes that will make us talk. For everyday life and at parties. With friends, neighbors, girlfriends/boyfriends and partners. About life, sometimes death, about love, work, plans, dreams, intimacy, desires and about tough things – and a little about food.
