In celebration of the arrival of spring, we are delighted to once again welcome you to a very special evening at BaneGaarden. Our dear friend of the house, Søren Gericke, will be joining forces with Karlos Ponte on May 8th to celebrate the renewal of spring, new vegetables, and the longer, brighter days.

Throughout their collaborations, Søren and Karlos have captivated our guests with their legendary dinners. Although the evening's menu remains a well-kept secret, you can always expect an experience that is intense and captures the essence of Gericke's culinary philosophy. The bar will, of course, be open, providing plenty of opportunities to complement the fantastic dishes with something delightful to drink.

Our last dinner sold out quickly, so don't wait too long to secure your spot for this unique evening. We promise a relaxed yet exhilarating dinner party where the atmosphere is lively and the spirits are high. We've asked the spring sun to join us, and everyone is welcome to join the festivities, but please note that spaces are limited and they tend to go fast.

The dinner will start on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, at 7:00 PM, the day before Ascension Day.
