A well-known street food in the streets of Lahore consisting of crispy shells with filling. Topped with homemade sweet tamarind chutney.

Deep-fried glory based on chickpea flour. Taste the classic one with spinach, onion and potatoes and the atypical one with aubergine.
Served with a fresh mint chutney.

Daal 3 ways - take a journey through creamy daal dishes served in 3 different ways
Moong Masoor daal topped with coriander and mint chutney and tomato salad. Served with Mama's chapati.
Aloo Channa daal topped with crisp green salad and mango pickles.
Saabit Masoor daal topped with a dollop of butter. Served with basmati rice.

Halwa and kulfi ice cream - finish off with something hot sweet and cold sweet
Mama's halwa made with semolina, eggs, nuts and cane sugar. Served with a creamy almond ice cream topped with pistachios.
