Mullins Beets is a culinary company run by Anna Carina Mullins, a chef and food consultant who works with plant-based food.
The desire to highlight the taste of plants inspires Anna Carina to make plant-based food more delicate, exciting, and not least accessible in everyday life.
All menus consist of an aperitif of natural wine, savory snacks, followed by three servings on big platters, plates, and boards, and two glasses of natural wine from Rosforth & Rosforth.

We are again introducing Friday food as communal dining, as we believe that we need each other more than ever, so there will be eight people at a long table in each room in the Culture Tower.
