Frederiksberg Harvest Feast: Falsters Kyst x Lammehave Økologi

During Frederiksberg Harvest Feast 2022, Falster Kyst takes their local supplier Lammehave Økologi by the hand and serves a tasty menu with exquisite ingredients.

Idyllically located on Falster's east coast is Falsters Kyst, which consists of Pomle Nakke Traktørsted, Hesnæs Havn Spisebord & Bageri and Selskabslokalet Kongsnæs. At Hesnæs Havn, one of the old yarn houses has been transformed into a combined bakery, patisserie and kitchen and a restaurant with light dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. If you follow the coast to the south, you will find the tractor place Pomle Nakke in the forest on the cliff above the sea. Here, the head chef, Christoffer Brink, prefers to use what can be found locally on the menu, which challenges both taste buds and the area's ingredients.

Lammehave Økologiis an organic farm with 32 hectares of land located on eastern Falster. In the fields, grain is grown from old varieties for flour, many different vegetables and clover grass for the farm's own sheep. For many years, the farm has worked on the idea of wanting to deliver their goods directly to private individuals, restaurants, after-school centers and more. It requires a lot of diligent hands. Approx. 8 employees with special needs, help with all the tasks that the farm's various production branches contain.

The practicalities: • You must bring your own plate, cutlery and glasses. • We provide both beer and wine bars on the avenue. • You will be sitting at the restaurant you are buying a ticket for, so remember to buy tickets for the same restaurant, if you would like to sit together. • We meet from 5:00 p.m., and at 6:00 p.m. we all sit at the table. At 9.00 pm. we will leave the tables and the event will close down • In case of rain, we have provided a roof over your head.

Il Fornaio provides handmade Primitivo sourdough bread for the table, and award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil to dip the bread in.

Starter:
Corn with BBQ and North Sea cheese and chili

Main course:
Happy pork with vegetables from Lammehave and the rest of Falster.

Dessert:
Sofia's summer dessert with dark berries and flowers.
