Frederiksberg Harvest Feast: Frederiks Have x Eat Grim

The restaurant Frederiks Have is situated in the historic buildings on the corner of Smallegade and Virginiavej. This year they are part of Frederiksberg Harvest Feast for the first time. Together with Eat Grim, they will be responsible for a delicious and sustainable three-course menu.

Frederiks Have is a little gem in the center of Frederiksberg. The restaurant's menu, which can be enjoyed both indoors and on their outdoor terrace, is changing throughout the season. Fresh ingredients from Denmark or the Nordic countries are always used, which is reflected in the menu based on Nordic cuisine. The food is prepared with care from scratch with both classic and newly developed methods, so that the guest is always assured of the highest quality.

Eat Grim is on a mission to reduce food waste. One third of all fruits and vegetables are wasted in agriculture either because of overproduction or because they are simply too "ugly". Eat Grim delivers "ugly" fruits and vegetables to both restaurants and private homes with their organic vegetable boxes on subscription. The goal is to create a fair future where crazy shapes, extraordinary colors and all sizes are the new normal.

The practicalities: • You must bring your own plate, cutlery and glasses. • We provide both beer and wine bars on the avenue. • You will be sitting at the restaurant you are buying a ticket for, so remember to buy tickets for the same restaurant if you would like to sit together. • We meet from 5:00 p.m., and at 6:00 p.m. we all sit at the table. At 9.00 p.m. we say thank you for the food and see you next year. • In case of rain, we have provided a roof over your head.

Starter:
Cabbage with oyster mayo, pickled celery leaves and radishes

Main course:
Grilled veal roast, onions, baked corn, and salsa verde

Dessert:
Parsley root mousse, apples and walnuts
