Greenland is rather new on the culinar scene, but the country is well known for their high quality products from sea and land. Inunnguaq Hegelund is an educated cook from the four star Hotel Arctic in Ilulissat and he has twice been elected as the best chef in Greenland. This evening he will serve you a 3-course menu from the Greenlandic fusion cuisine. All though The Greenlandic House is not a real restaurant it will be possible to buy fine wines. The menu will depend on products of the season, but it could be fish, shellfisk, lamb, musk ox or berries.
