Greenlandic food and modern art

Presented by Det Grønlandske Hus

Det Grønlandske Hus are participating in this year's Copenhagen Cooking. On august the 20th and 22th of august we are inviting you into our house for a culinary evening with a Greenlandic twist.
The program for the evening starts with an art experience in our exhibition room, where Lars Lerche from the Greenlandic House will present the current exhibition and talk about modern greenlandic art, while you enjoy an appetizer and a cold glass of whitewine.
Subsequently the Greenlandic chef Rune Collin servers a 4 course dinner, which reflects the Greenlandic traditions, but in a modern and updatet version. You can also buy wine and Greenlandic beer.
Rune Collin is from Greenland, a chef and the owner of the restaurant Nipisa in Nuuk. Nipisa is the Greenlandic word for lumpsucker. He has won the Greenlandic championship for chefs twice. Today Rune is head chef at Hahnemanns kitchen.
