Going green

Presented by Christianshavns Færgecafé

Inspired by this year’s theme " Breaking the new" during Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival 2016, Christianshavns Færgecafé explore the green of the Danish lunch kitchen.

What happens when we take the garniture and make it the star of the smørrebrød (openfaced sandwich)? Christianshavns Færgecafé have been inspired by the Danish summer and serves a green three-piece smørrebrød menu.
They are looking forward to ten days with a focus on vegetables with plenty of flavors, crunchy and filling, and hopefully to change the perception of what green can do in the smørrebrød kitchen.
