Join us for a gastronomic picnic. On a small hilltop with the most beautiful view overlooking our new fields at Svanholm and the open landscape, we have found the perfect spot for a picnic.

You will pick up your picnic basket in a small circus tent on the hilltop, where a team of star chefs from here and abroad will fill it with organic picnic food. To this we will also add some local cold-pressed apple juice and natural wine from Vinikultur.
All of it to be enjoyed to the sound of live jazz.
The line-up of guest chefs Saturdag will be: Anatoly Kazakov, Selfie, Daniella Soto-Innes, Cosme + Atla, Blaine Wetzel, The Willows Inn, Trine Hahnemann, Hahnemanns Køkken, Calum Franklin, Holborn Dining Room and Kristian Baumann, Restaurant 108.

Sunday we take another go at iit and the team will be Lisa Lov, Tigermom, Jens Vestergaard, Muld, Calum Franklin, Holborn Dining Room, Rosio Sanchez, Sanchez and Francis Cardenau, Lindegård. 

Drinks and picnic blanket is included in the price.
