Join this Food Walk for taste experiences with a good conscience and no marks on the climate!
In corroboration with Food Walk ® , Food Week has gathered some of the most reflective restaurants into a climate friendly food walk, which is inspired by the futures food and wine. You will be guided by foot, and visit four places which all servers their take on a more sustainable future and gastronomic production.
We will experience our way through HAMMANS, EMMA 1990, BARDOK, S’vinbar who serves biodynamic wine, and of course the best ice cream shop in Aarhus, Mammis Gelato.
