Italian evening

Sometimes it's just so good that you have to share it with others. And this is one of those times.
The 22 th. and 23 th. of June we invite a real good friend of ours inside the kitchen at Rantzausgade and hosting a friendly Italian cook-off.
Together we will serve a special 6-course menu with snacks based on lots of good Italian and Danish produce.
In addition, there will also be a "gastro-goodie bag" with Italian delicacies for all.
It's not just someone we have invited into the kitchen at Scarpetta. Martin Paaske has a background as a chef at Filicudi Resort & Restaurant in Italy and Restaurant Fiasco here in Copenhagen. In addition, Martin has also worked several years at Restaurant Gammel Mønt. But it was the love of the good Italian ingredients, which in early 2016 allowed Martin to start the company Pasta Brothers. Pasta Brothers make the trip to Italy twice a week and handpicks the best Italian ingredients, which we then enjoy at home.
