While you knead the dough, the food missionaries from the organic Copenhagen bakery Jalm&B will provide tips and tricks (in Danish) to using food residues in the baking and teach you about wild yeast, sourdough, Nordic grain and fermentation.
You take your own bread dough home, so you can make freshly baked bread at home in your own kitchen.
You must bring your own bowl (min. 2 liters), spoon and - if you like - an apron.
The ticket price includes all ingredients, recipes and a bag from Jalm&B.
