Christmas menu: Danish Christmas meets Southern Europe

Get in the right Christmas spirit in Nyhavn and enjoy a Christmas menu, where Mediterranean cuisine and the taste of Danish Christmas merge in a gastronomic encounter. Forget about classic Danish Christmas meds, red cabbage, brown gravy and browned potatoes! Here, instead, you get a menu based on southern European techniques and inspiration, but with flavors you can recognize from a classic Danish Christmas. We call it "Christmas with a twist".

SNACKS
Roasted almonds, large green olives, home-baked sourdough bread, home-baked malt crisp bread and home-made dip and airy buttermilk butter.

STARTER
Cured salmon, creamed horseradish, jellied currants and bitter salads.

MAIN
Porchetta filled with apples and fresh herbs. Crispy rind, grilled cabbage and vinnaigrette with pickled mustard seeds.

DESSERT
Baked plums with warm spices, milk chocolate and crispy meringue.

Free MIKKELLER draft beer, still and sparkling water and italian white and red wine from L'Antica Fattoria.
