On Frederikskaj in Copenhagen’s South Harbour, Kitchen Collective and Bite Me Crew have put three new and exciting talents on the Copenhagen food scene together in the kitchen. We have given them the challenge of making a collective menu, based both on their own unique style AND as a holistic experience.

Together they invite you to a long table dinner with five courses on the quay, looking over the South Harbour, and with a culinary team composed of the people from Más Tacos Cph, Average Meatballs & Sweet Sneak. They will each serve a personal signature dish, but will also collaborate on developing an intermezzo, where their different styles meet. Therefore, you will have a dinner served by a team of six different chefs, who invite you to the table in a new collaboration.

The event is facilitated by Bite Me Crew, who will tell you stories from the kitchen’s collaborations but also invite you to a bit of collaboration at the table with the courses. Besides this there will be music at the quay, as well as a fairly priced wine bar from their own wine importer for you to kick-start your Saturday.

Kitchen Collective is a shared kitchen initiative for culinary entrepreneurs and thereby a working space for some of Copenhagen’s newest food entrepreneurs.
