A very special social experience where the food is prepared by the guests with instructions from passionate food enthusiasts. (3 hour event)


You will get a sense of Italian delicacies when you will learn to make well-known Italian dishes:

Starter

Pesce ligure

white fish with olives, potatoes & cherry tomatoes

Piadina - flatbread (v)

Puré di patate (v)

Gratinated potato puree with truffle oil & parmesan

Involtini

Top round beef rolled with sage & mozzarella

with mushroom sauce

A delicious romaine salad (v)

with pears, parmesan & dried cranberries

Pannacotta with raspberry coulis & crunch (v)


VEGETARIAN MENU

For vegetarians all the vegetarian dishes from the main menu and Starter Verde Ligure al dente vegetables marinated in lemon & white wine, Main course - portobello mushrooms with spinach, goat cheese & pine nuts


After the cooking class, dinner is enjoyed at long tables in our cozy dining room.


We will send the recipes after the course so you can make your own delicious dishes in the kitchen at home.
