Noemi and Stefano come from Bologna, a beautiful city that lies right in the middle of “Italy’s greatest gastronomic treasure”, as Forbes said. Its name is Emilia Romagna, but everybody call it “Emilia“!

Boutique Emilia was born from our passion for Italian food and wine, driven by an endless love and respect for our gastronomic roots.

From a fresh and gently innovative approach, through the use of the best organic ingredients, our Boutique gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy traditional hand made fresh pasta recipes, delightful regional products, carefully selected mouth-watering Italian wines.

Long table dinner in Magstræde is a unique outdoor long table dinner that revolves around community, neighborhood and togetherness in the old Copenhagen alley. Copenhagen Cooking invites you to join! The historic street Magstræde will form the backdrop for this special dinner, which will consist of unique dishes created by the prestigious chefs in Bocuse d'Or as well as chefs from Spisehuset in Magstræde. In collaboration, the restaurants create a delicious menu that tastes of summer in Copenhagen! In addition to great dining experiences, there is community and closeness on the menu - both locally in the street and with our guests.

Copenhagen Cooking hope you feel like attending a joint long table dinner in Magstræde.

Included in the price is also one of our festival beers 'Københavner Ale' as well as a Jacobsen glass. The beer can be exchanged for a water on the day.

Boutique Platter: selection of the finest charcuterie from Emilia Romagna, 30 months aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Balsamic vinegar, homemade sauce, bread.
Veggy ravioli: hand made ravioli filled with organic ricotta and spinach, served with a sauce made with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano 30 months aged
Lasagna: the queen of the classics, 7 layers of pasta, Bolognese Sauce, besciamella and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Dessert: traditional fresh tiramisù
