your own bottle of seasoned schnapps and bring it back home.

Learn how to truly use all the flavors of the Copenhagen market as you are introduced to products from many stands. 

A local guide will give you an introduction to the traditions, the history and the flavors of the Danish schnapps/akvavit. You will then be given your own jar of neutrally flavored organic schnapps and the guide will present the spices traditionally used in the seasoning, including the best ways to combine them.

Perhaps you prefer to challenge yourself and make one with liquorice or ginger and honey?  You will have the opportunity to taste two professionally prepared schnapps so ou can get an idea of the scope of possibilities.
