Potatoes in focus
This year's main name on Copenhagen Cooking 2023 is the potato, and therefore, under the title Kartoffelkram (potato hug), it gets an undisputed leading role in the ambition to make the humble tuber sexy again.
Potatoes are namely full of flavour, cheap, filling, full of virility and good for both body and climate - and it grows everywhere in our soil. See all food events with the potato in focus here and buy this year's potato poster by the Pine Cone Project here.
Kartoffelkram is supported by Kartoffelafgiftsfonden.
Please note that the price below does not include ticket fees.
The school garden is behind the playground in Frederiksberg Have.
Together with Haver til Maver's chefs, you will be guided through the preparation of a delicious green meal with a special focus on the potato.
