What happens when 3 chefs with different backgrounds, sommelier, and barista, all of whom attended MAD Academy courses on leadership and sustainability apply what they learned to dinner? An evening that satisfies more than hunger. 

Over the course of a delicious meal, we’ll examine some of the pressing issues around food, and ask ourselves and our dinners why it is so hard to change. 

This is a meal for everyone interested in the provocative conversations that emerge over a tasty dinner and a glass of great wine.

MAD Academy alumni, a group of hospitality professionals who have attended MAD Academy courses in Copenhagen, reunite to apply the knowledge, tools, and inspiration they gained. Together, they create a menu that showcases their learning and highlights their commitment to positive change in the hospitality industry.

Practicalities
The dinner will be pescetarian. Due to the nature of the event we are not going to be able to accommodate for special dietaries and allergies. The ticket price is for food only. You'll be able to purchase drinks at the venue by paying with Mobilepay. We are not able to accept credit cards or cash.

MENU

We start by sourcing seasonal produce, and complement that with ferments made by MAD alum and with wild foraged ingredients.
We turn that beautiful raw material into a variety of dishes inspired by our varied backgrounds, passions and the questions that preoccupy us then add a hint of charcoal grill. Expect familiar strangers in your ‘hood'.

A welcome drink is included in the price.
