Six local organic producers work together on this one-day food festival that focuses on quality, craftmanship and organic sustainable farming and production.
Together we present delicious handmade cheeses and other diary products, eggs, chickens, veal, beer, vegetables, herbs, flowers, grains and flour. Taste it all at the lunch or dinner, or hang out the whole day, snacking, learning, tasting, playing.
You can take a direct bus from Cph to Muld and back again for only 50 DKK.
The six producers are Herslev Bryghus, Hårbølle Mejeri, Hegnsholt Hønseri, Østagergaard, Kragebjerggård and Muld.
