For one special evening during Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival the chéf, Nicola Fanetti, will create a menu, completely vegetarian.
Not only is it vegetarian but it also incorporates our growing desire to be more sustainable, therefore the majority of the menu will be grilled on coconut charcoal using only organic products.
