Starter:
Stracciatella of organic mozzarella from Øllingegård and organic fresh cream with oven-baked cherry tomatoes and freshly baked sourdough bread.

Main course:
Optional sourdough pizza: the original GORMs pizza with thin crispy organic base, organic tomato sauce and organic mozzarella from Øllingegård.
Alternatively, a fresh and tasty Caesar salad with welfare chicken from Hopballe.

Dessert?
If you want to spoil yourself a little extra, you of course have the option of buying a delicious dessert for a sweet finish.
