With Copenhagen's best harbor view, an intimate pop-up restaurant opens in one of the two iconic towers of the bridge Knippelsbro.

'Kulturtårnet' has invited some of Copenhagen's young, talented chefs to create a special evening.

Accompanied by a wine menu composed and collected from Rosforth & Rosforth's cool wine cellar under the bridge, traditional Spanish and Portuguese tapas are served on sharing platters. The gastronomic experience will be intimate and personal - with room for only 14 guests, spread over two floors and 10 guests on the balcony - but magnificent with the irrigated Kulturtårn's unique location on Knippelsbro in the heart of Copenhagen Harbor.

Kaj Gottlobs copper tower was created at the B&W yard in 1937. After 80 years on the busy Knippels bridge, a complete renovation was completed in the summer of 2017.

It is now open as a cultural center offering radio cinema, talks, exhibitions and last but not least: Gastronomic experiences.

The intimate pop-up restaurant offers: Welcome drink of sparkling wine and salty snacks, three servings arranged on sharing platters and boards + three exciting glasses of natural wine from Rosforth & Rosforth.

Every evening there will be two seatings.
