Mikkeller + Mielcke & Hurtigkarl: Focus on beer

The brewery Mikkeller and restaurant Mielcke & Hurtigkarl offer unique flavours in February.

After several year of close collaboration in the development of beer with food, beer in food and food in beer, Mikkeller and Mielcke & Hurtigkarl have composed an entire menu where the focal point is the interaction between beer and food.

Several unique beers have been brewed specifically for these events. All the dishes are prepared in harmony with the beer they are served with.

Both events take place in the historic Paradehus in Frederiksberg Have.
