Contemporary Equadorian Cuisine at Restaurant Lola

On June 15th Restaurant Lola is teaming up with the absolutely brilliant Alejandra Espinoza from Restaurant Somos in Quito, Equador. They are known for their amazing Contemporary Equadorian Cuisine, so of course we can’t wait to join forces with Alejandra and give you all a dinner to remember!

This evening, we're serving a full tasting menu leading you around all our favorite foods from Equador with a contemporary twist.
 
MENU:
Starter: Crudo with golden berry
Starter: Corn Tamal with neapia sauce and trout roe
Main: Spiced pork belly with potato pattie and roasted cabbage salad
Dessert: A tribute to Cacao Arriba: Dark chocolate ganache, cacao/honey sorbet, nibs and macambo crumble
