In this special tasting you have i.a. opportunity to meet some of the most promising drops from our development laboratory 'LigaLab'.
Our complex and intense gins are the result of long and exciting development processes at the small distillery at Sydhavnen in Aarhus. And our exploration of taste universes stops neither at the conventional gin limits nor at the gin limits at all. On 14 August, during Food Week, you have the opportunity to participate in an alternative distillery visit, where you and we dive deep into the development drawers and some of the wild creations from Njord's laboratory within liquid gastronomy, Njord Ligalab.

The exciting drops come from our LigaLab and gin laboratory and have passed several different development steps and taste criteria. We look forward to seeing if they also pass your criteria before they are released to the shelves of great restaurants, bars and wine and spirits retailers.
