That is the recipe for Ole's pickle school where the pickle master gives you an exclusive peak into his recipes and tricks for pickling anything from berries to greens. Ole's class is for people who didn't quite get their mums pickling skills as a move away from home present. This is your chance to get an insight into the noble art of pickling!

Therefore you are invited to join the pickle school and learn about old recipes such as pickled cucumber and celeriac, the latter being one of Ole's favorite for garnishing your hot dog!
