Simikka Larsen is an olive oil sommelier and she will talk about how to taste the difference between good extra virgin olive oil and bad. Since 2018, she has been to 3 different olive oil schools, in Valencia, London and Imperia, respectively. At the latter school, Simikka Larsen has started the expert education, which takes 2 years.
