Pop up community kitchen in the world's largest straw bale garden - SOLD OUT

Det Økologiske Folkekøkken invites you to a community kitchen in the world's largest straw bale garden. During spring and summer they have planted delicious vegetables and herbs in straw bales together with the good people from Bioark and Pers Griseri. Thursday the 25th August they harvest the crops and cook a fantastic 'Family -style' dinner for 100 in the garden.

You can BYO favorite wine/beer/soda or buy from Det Økologiske Folkekøkken.
The menu will depend on what's ready to eat and what they can source on the day but will be based exclusively on organic, local and utterly fresh produce and meat.

Det Økologiske Folkekøkken serves the dishes on 'share-ware' so you'll get to know the person sitting next to you.

The kitchen of Energicenter Voldparken cooks for 350 kids on a daily basis and invites for a weekly community kitchen every Thursday. You can read more at økologiskfolkekøkken.dk
