Join us for a pop-up long table dinner in Pladefabrikken and meet some of Nordvests most visionary and sustainable food producers!

There is a new generation of food related ventures happening in Nordvest these years, both on the producer and restaurant side of things. Especially the sustainability agenda is strong and this evening you get a chance to meet a handful of the people who are trying to push the boundaries of the danish food scene.

We will meet at Rødder, from where we will walk 50 meters down the street where the sustainable brewery Brøl, the vertical farm Nabo Farm and the mushroom producer Funga Farm is located. Here you will be offered a beer (on the house), which you can drink while enjoying the stories of who the producers are, what they do and how they work.

Afterwards we will go back to Rødder, where they are ready to serve you a 4-serving menu - off course incorporating mushrooms from Funga Farm and micro greens from Nabo Farm.

Drinks will also be kept very local with cold beer from the micro brewery Brøl and natural wines from Melin Vin/Vin de Table. Drinks can be purchased on the day at very reasonable prices.

This event is part of a series of events called "Mad på Kanten". With "Mad på Kanten" we wish to celebrate the local and the joy of dining together, focusing on the excellent food forces that house there.
