Come and enjoy sunny Mediterranean dishes, when ‘Fischers italienske pastaværtshus’ is hosting Rama Ben Zvi, one of Israel’s great gastronomic achievers. For more than 20 years now Rama has been running the restaurant “Rama’s Kitchen”, where western techniques and traditional Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine fuse, using local and homegrown produce. For the last 8 years Rama’s Kitchen has been accompanied by Tomer Nir, a chef who was taught at the three starred Michelin restaurant The Fat Duck in London.

Rama and David Fischer will attend the Copenhagen Cooking and Food Festival to present Middle Eastern subtle flavors in simple and straight forward dishes, created with seasonal, fresh produce and warm spices to the Østerbro audience in East Copenhagen.
