Over the years, Couscous has become a part of Sicilian cuisine, although the dish originates primarily from Tunisia, Marocco and other African countries.
Once a year, there is a couscous festival in Sicily, where the best chef talents are competing to create the best couscous dish. This time, Ristorante L'Imperatore with Armando and his chefs will hold a couscous festival on Østerbro. There will be outdoor cookery and various kinds of dishes such as Couscous di verdure (with vegetables), Couscous con carne di Manzo (with beef) and Couscous di Pesce (with seafood)
Prices from 100 to 250 per. person.
Entertainment with belly dancing and live music will be part of the festival.
