David de Silva (David's Bistro) has spent a significant part of his life in Sri Lanka and has embraced his culinary heritage so thoroughly that he has not only mastered the authentic local cuisine but also established the company Kandy Spices, producing single-origin spices cultivated in a socially sustainable and environmentally responsible manner.
During the dinner, you will enjoy David's family favorites prepared as his grandmother did in the kitchen in Colombo, using the aromatic spices from the wild gardens surrounding the city of Kandy. Get ready for an evening filled with the colors, scents, and flavors of Sri Lanka.
