Join us for dinner at Hahnemann's Kitchen and savor a variety of authentic Sri Lankan specialties prepared by David De Silva, drawing inspiration from his Sri Lankan father and the scents and flavors of his grandmother's hearth in the small backyard of Colombo's capital

David de Silva (David's Bistro) has spent a significant part of his life in Sri Lanka and has embraced his culinary heritage so thoroughly that he has not only mastered the authentic local cuisine but also established the company Kandy Spices, producing single-origin spices cultivated in a socially sustainable and environmentally responsible manner.

During the dinner, you will enjoy David's family favorites prepared as his grandmother did in the kitchen in Colombo, using the aromatic spices from the wild gardens surrounding the city of Kandy. Get ready for an evening filled with the colors, scents, and flavors of Sri Lanka.

BEEF CURRY - Organic beef served in a spicy and flavorful sauce with Sri Lankan spices

SAMBA RICE - Aromatic Sri Lankan rice

BEETROOT CURRY - Beetroot in a spicy sauce with coriander seeds, ginger, chili, and coconut milk

GREEN BEAN MALLUNG - Stir-fried, finely sliced green beans with onions, turmeric, and grated coconut

DHAL CURRY - Red lentil dhal with turmeric, cinnamon, and curry leaves

AUBERGINE MOJO - Spicy pickle of eggplants, onions, spices, and chili

POTATO KIRI HOTHI - Potatoes in a mild and creamy sauce with fenugreek, turmeric, and coconut milk

"GOTU KOLA" SALAD - Fresh salad with greens, onions, tomatoes, and lime

COCONUT SAMBOL - Grated coconut with onions, fresh lime, and red chili

All dishes are vegan except for the beef curry.
