Come and pay tribute to local food systems and eat a 100% green meal, made from ingredients harvested directly from the field, while sitting in the middle of Copenhagen's hidden gem Skudehavn, with your feet in the water.

We celebrate summer under the open sky, with gratitude for the abundance of local produce we will taste, while the evening offers unpretentious green taste explosions, crisp natural wine and lots of stories from the field and the kitchen - as well as hope for the food systems of the future.

Come a little early and take a pre dinner dip. Dry up by the bonfire while you have a glass of bubbles and get ready for dinner around the long table.

Rodfast
Rodfast is located at Østre Gasværk Theater and consists of chefs Jesper Witt Paustian and Anders Larsson. They both have long careers behind them, from gourmet in Søllerød, Florence and New York - to folk cuisine in the free town of Christiania.
