Sustainable Sushi Workshop

Learn how to make sustainable sushi with two sushi chefs.

August 29, Copenhagen Cooking focuses on UN Global Goal 14, Life below Water. For that reason, we have invited two talented chefs from Letz Sushi to give our guests a thorough introduction to the Japanese sushi universe.

The chefs will guide you (in Danish) through the classic Japanese techniques so you can transform sustainable Danish fish into tasty sushi with a Nordic twist. You learn to master the Japanese sushi craft from scratch - right from filleting and cutting the fish and preparing the vegetables to perfecting the classic sushi rice and of course shaping and rolling fish and rice to the well-known sushi shops.

At the workshop you work with the absolutely best raw materials such as MSC and ASC-certified fish, organic rice and organic vegetables. You prepare a tasty sushi menu similar to a full meal.

The workshop is for all sushi lovers - children and adults of all ages
