Join on a hunt for wild edible mushrooms in Bøllemosen north of Copenhagen with Klara Rask from Vilde Råvarer.

The big and versatile forest area around the lake, gives good opportunities to find edible mushrooms such as boletes and chanterelles.
The focus is on edible mushrooms, but there will also be a genereal introduction on how to have a safe and succesful mushroom hunt.
Furthermore, Klara will give an introduction on how to use the App Svampeatlas for mushroom identification.

To end the tour, we will have a nice simple dinner with the mushrooms we find, and other nice things from the area at this time of year. Paulina Greda will provide us with homebrewed wild kombucha.

We meet at 12 at Skodsborg station .
