Seven of the best South West Danish chef teams from Ho Kro, Chhat, Café Stranden, Hr. Skov, Henne Mølle Å Badehotel, Hedebo and Nymindegab Kro each create a course for a 7 course tasting menu with focus on fungi on this unique evening at Restaurant Hedebo at Vejers Strand on the Danish West Coast. The proceeds from the evening goes to a travel scholarship for young local chefs.
